JKTECH hoists use a hardened rack and pinion drive with a frequency-controlled motor for smooth acceleration and precise levelling at every floor. Cages are available as enclosed cars for passengers and material or as open platforms for bulky loads, and can be specified as single or twin cage installations sharing one mast.

Facade access that grows with the building

Mast climbing work platforms replace scaffold in the areas where scaffold is slowest and most expensive. The platform climbs its own masts, so the working level always sits exactly where the trades need it — plasterers, renderers, cladding crews and painters work from one stable deck instead of rebuilding access at every storey.

Frequently asked questions

What information do you need to quote a hoist?

Building height, maximum load per trip, whether passengers will be carried, site power supply, mast tie-in conditions and required delivery date. A drawing or photo of the site helps.

Can the equipment be supplied in a specific voltage?

Yes. Drives and control systems can be configured for the standard three-phase supply of your market, including 380 V, 400 V, 415 V and 440 V at 50 or 60 Hz.

Do you provide documentation for local certification?

We supply operation manuals, parts catalogues, load charts, material certificates and test reports, and we can arrange third-party inspection before dispatch when your market requires it.

How are the goods packed for sea freight?

Mast sections are nested and braced inside 40 ft high cube containers; drive units and control panels are bolted to timber skids with shock protection, and every package is photographed before the doors close.

Can you quote an OEM or private-label version?

Yes. We manufacture for distributors and rental fleets under their own brand, including custom colours, labels and documentation.
