A JKTECH machine is delivered with the drawings, schedules and parts information your own team needs to run it — plus a direct line to the people who built it.
Four stages, from the first email to the second year of operation.
We size the machine to the building: payload, height, cage or deck configuration, mast layout and power supply. You receive a configuration drawing and a load chart, not just a price.
Installation and mast layout drawings, wall tie schedules and commissioning checklists. Where required, our engineers can supervise first erection on site.
Operator and maintenance training covering daily checks, safe operating practice, fault codes, brake and safety gear inspection, and rack lubrication.
Parts identified from the parts book or from a photograph of the component, quoted quickly and dispatched with the correct fixing kit.
Hoists and platforms are inspected and certified locally, and inspectors expect documentation. We supply a complete pack in English with every machine:
Where your market requires third-party inspection before shipment, we arrange it and include the report in the shipping documents.
Recommended intervals for a machine on normal site duty. Adjust for dusty, coastal or high-cycle operations.
| Interval | Tasks |
|---|---|
| Daily (operator) | Visual inspection, door interlocks, emergency stop test, limit switch function, unusual noise check |
| Weekly | Rack and pinion lubrication, bolt torque check on mast splices and wall ties, guide roller condition |
| Monthly | Brake air gap and wear check, safety gear function test, control panel inspection, cable and trolley condition |
| Annually / 1,000 h | Full inspection of load-bearing components, motor insulation test, gearbox oil change, safety device recertification support |
| After a safety activation | Full inspection of safety gear, rack and drive before returning the machine to service |
Always follow the manual supplied with your machine and any local statutory inspection requirements.
Give us the machine type and serial number, or send a photograph with a tape measure in shot. We confirm the reference against the parts book and the build record, then quote with a lead time you can plan around.
Pinions, guide rollers, brake linings, limit switches, seals and lubricants held for immediate dispatch.
Drive units, safety gears, control panels and landing door sets built from the same drawings as the original.
Recommended spares kits sized for a single machine or a rental fleet, priced as a package.
